* Shouting inside the resort premises and or tampering the peace and tranquility is strictly prohibited.
* Using of any electrical device other than mobile or laptop charger is strictly prohibited.
* Nudity is strictly prohibited.
* Will never call or allow any outsider inside the resort premises, other than the front office.
* Any valuables and or vehicles at your own risk, during your stay at the resort.
* Esti Kutum Home Stayt will never be responsible for any damage or lose out of social or natural calamity.

* Cancelation Policy: 25% of the total amount.

* Will never demand air conditioner and geyser service during W.B.S.E.C’s power cut.
